MISSION

Meritt International is located in Pismo Beach, California.  It has been developed from the original company Meritt Electronics that originated the "Meritt Model". 

Our mission is to create new global markets by continuously introducing cutting edge products. We will manage the design, manufacture and global distribution of these products by partnering with financially stable, world class partners that satisfy our high partnership standards. We will follow the proven, successful "Meritt Model" when introducing all new products.  Our goal is to obtain for our clients, licensing agreements that maximize their revenue. 

STRATEGY

The focus of Meritt International is to introduce new products, with high sales potential, to global markets. The company follows the "Meritt Model" to develop and bring to market new products. Our company works as a type of project incubator, where we bring in ideas and develop them to stage where we have a working prototype, we then license these products to world-wide manufacturers and distributors and obtain royalties from these licensing agreements. 

Our clients are inventors and individuals with new product ideas.  We offer our clients design engineering, development, manufacturing and distribution capabilities for their products. We have and will seek partnerships with highly capable companies.  

We have demonstrated that the "Meritt Model" can be successful and we have the capabilities necessary to implement this model on other products. We have an experienced and reputable team that understands the needs of the clients and has the capacity to make these projects succeed.  We have established relationships over the last 20 years with multiple designers, engineers, manufacturers, marketing and sales agents, distributors, and lawyers.   

TEAM

Ronald R Meritt: President and CEO

Mr. Meritt brings 20 years of international corporate management experience to Meritt International. He has worked for multiple foreign companies and in multiple foreign countries in the past 20 years. In addition, Mr. Meritt is the former President and CEO of Meritt Electronics. Over a period of 6 years Mr. Meritt refined a business model which created a $250 million per year market and generated millions of dollars of personal income. Ron will now use this same model to bring multiple products to market.

Rita F Zarate: International Accounts Manager.

Rita F Zarate: Mrs. Zarate has been working with Mr. Meritt for over 5 years in the Meritt Electronics and Meritt International companies, helping him in every business aspect.  She is involved in all of the projects we currently manage.  She is responsible for most of the administrative work and manages a number of projects. 

She has an MBA specializing in Global Strategy and Law and a degree in International Management.  She has over 10 years experience dealing with manufacturing, design, marketing, sales and distribution.  She has worked with foreign business partners and lived in foreign countries.  She is of a multicultural background and a native in two languages (Spanish and English). 

PARTNERS

Design engineering, manufacturing and distribution is conducted via partners, not by Meritt International.  Our reputation for success is very important for us to continue in business; therefore we must be very selective in choosing our partners.

All partners must meet the following standards:

1. Financially Stable over 3 years
2. Have a proven track record of success
3. ISO Certified (for contract manufacturers)
4. Have the resources to satisfy their commitments

We have built strategic alliances with a number of different companies throughout the world.  Below is a list of some of our partners:

Design:

We have partners that offer graphic design, web design, technical illustrations and writers located in the US , Mexico and various countries in Asia.

Engineering and Manufacturing:

We have partnerships with various manufacturers, many of them who have engineering and proto typing capabilities.  Their areas of manufacture range from Textile to Electronics.  Most of these partner companies are based in Taiwan , Hong Kong and China.  We also have manufacturing partners in Mexico.

Promotion, Sales and Distribution:

We have partnerships with PR agents, advertising agencies, sales and marketing representatives, general merchandisers, and distributors.  We have established relationships with major retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City , Costco, Sam's Club, Home Shopping Network, Good Guy's, Skymall, AJ Prindle, Herrington, Cabela's...etc.  We also have relationships with Chrysler and General Motors who have licensed our products.

After Sales Support

Many of the licensed companies provide after sales support (warranty and technical support) for the products, but in some cases they don't.  We have the relationships with the companies that provide customer and technical support, including repair and refurbishment to factory specifications.
